Your workouts, ride history, and sensor pairings are stored only on your device. The app has no account system, no analytics, no ads, no third-party code, and no data collection of its own.
Bluetooth is used for one thing: talking to your trainer and heart rate monitor, locally.
Strava, if you use it. Uploading a ride to Strava is always your tap, never automatic. The ride file goes to Strava under Strava's privacy policy; Peg's sign-in relay passes the authorization through and stores nothing. Disconnect anytime from your Strava settings.
If the app crashes, Apple may share an anonymous crash report with the developer — only if you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in iOS Settings.
